It has been proved that ionic liquids can significantly improve the reaction yield compared with common organic solvents. Because of the extremely low vapor pressure and wide liquid temperature range, ionic liquids are easy to be separated. When the catalyst is dissolved in ionic liquid and recycled together with ionic liquid, the catalyst has the advantages of high homogeneous catalytic efficiency and easy separation of heterogeneous catalysis.
